He accomplish this through combining his 20 years plus experience in food service, ranging from culinary and pastry arts in the back of the house to operations management and training in the front of the house. Michael believes that developing staff performance through training, coaching and mentoring is essential to maintaining account retention, building client relations, and improving profitability for the organization. Finally, it is also good for the individual's esteem, work and life skills.
